Lingerie sets can only be returned if the sealed packaging (shipping packaging) has not been opened, to ensure hygiene and safety.
If the seal is broken, no refund or credit will be issued, even if the product appears unused.

You will receive return instructions and the address of our U.S. returns warehouse.
Follow the instructions carefully.
Ensure items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Include your order number inside the package.
If the packaging has not been opened, indicate the order number on the outside of the package.
Use a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace) and send the tracking number to support@unlace-me.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers based in the U.S. can use our local return center to reduce costs.
International customers must return items to our designated warehouse and bear the return shipping costs.
